Yummy Sweet & Sour Ribs
Crazy good! Super easy!
- 2 lbs pork ribs, browned (hint: if you want to brown ribs, just spread out in a single layer and brown under the broiler turning the ribs occasionally until all sides lightly browned – less ‘spitter-spatter’ method)
Mix together sauce:
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1onion, diced
- Salt & pepper
Brown ribs and then pour sauce over ribs and bake for 3 hours in a 250 degree oven.
Feel free to double sauce measurements if you want plenty of sauce to pour over rice, noodles or potatoes.
