Yummy Sweet & Sour Ribs


Crazy good!  Super easy!

  • 2 lbs pork ribs, browned (hint: if you want to brown ribs, just spread out in a single layer and brown under the broiler turning the ribs occasionally until all sides lightly browned – less ‘spitter-spatter’ method)

Mix together sauce:

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1onion, diced
  • Salt & pepper

Brown ribs and then pour sauce over ribs and bake for 3 hours in a 250 degree oven.

Feel free to double sauce measurements if you want plenty of sauce to pour over rice, noodles or potatoes.
